Yoga for Schools delivers quality resources for Physical Education, Sport and Classroom teachers. These beautifully designed yoga affirmation cards will add value and positivity into any of your lessons. Simply print out the cards, laminate, cut and distribute. Your students will love them and can work towards collecting the set. These cards can be used continuously as they are a printable for long term use.
The pictures print out onto 3 pages. There are 4 cards per page. Each card is A6 size. They can also printed onto A3 paper for larger A5 cards.

Ways to use the cards:
1. Collect the set: Students can work towards collecting the set of 12 cards during class. By demonstrating the yoga pose with correct technique and repeating the affirmation every day for a week, students are rewarded with the card.
2. Classroom rewards: Once students practise and demonstrate the affirmation in class they are rewarded with the appropriate card.
3. Classroom breaks: With the cards up on a wall, students can practise the cards after each break to bring them back into the zone ready to learn.
4. Physical Education and Sport classes: Spread the cards out around the room face down. Ask students to move around the space using a variety of locomotor activities. When the music stops everyone moves to the nearest card and practices the movement and affirmation.
